Job Description

This position will require both strong Medicare knowledge as well as a strong compliance background.  The ability to review various types of documentation for compliance is key.

 

The Compliance Analyst supports the administration of compliance program for the Health Choice Medicare Advantage - Special Needs Plan.  Maintains and tracks submission of the required CMS regulatory report deliverables, including routine/recurring repots and ad hoc requests from CMS and other stakeholders.  Supports reporting and analysis of compliance activities at quarterly Compliance Committee and Medicare Advisory Board.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

One (1) or more years Medicare Advantage experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

General knowledge of Medicare Advantage

Health Plan operations and experience

Excellent computer skills

Knowledge of HIPAA privay regulation

Report writing skills
