Call Center Recruiter
The Call Center Recruiter will be responsible and oversee that full recruitment lifecycle, they will work strategically to leverage recruitment processes, functions and relationships internally and externally. The recruiter will proactively source qualified candidates, use cutting-edge techniques to build a recruitment pipeline and support the hiring initiative of the organization.
This position will work closely with our call center team. Recruiting active and passive candidates, conducting phone screens, sending out skills assessments, scheduling on site interviews, and extending offers will be a part of daily tasks. Other recruitment duties will be assigned.

Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and years of experience in lieu of degree
Minimum two (2) years of experience as a full cycle or agency recruiter
Call center recruitment experience strongly preferred
